10 Best Things during International Quilt Market in Minneapolis
What? Just 10? I haven’t actually counted yet but I am sharing pictures, as promised! This blog will be short and then I will be back on track next Monday with more specifics. Laura and I have so much to do!
1. Friends!
Candace, Laura and Jane, our dear friends from Clothworks!
Joyce, me and Angela, more dear friends from Clothworks! Hey, have I ever mention how lousy I photograph? Here is a very good example! Ha! At least I can laugh about it! And I did only get one hour of sleep the night before!
2. Fabulous Fabric!
Clothworks Booth - our neighbors - it was a thrill to be included in such a fabulous booth group! Look at the stunning fabric!
Sweetwater Fabric and one of our Circle Time mats displayed inside! So exciting!
3. Have we mentioned how much we LOVE Multi Purpose Cloth by RocLon?
So I didn't take an actual picture of Multi Purpose Cloth BUT all of our leashes (in the new debut pattern titled "Dog Leashes 101") have a strip of MPC inside for extra durability! They are hanging behind Sammy, the dog mascot for our leashes - one of our customers named our pooch!

5. Clothworks!

Laura at Sample Spree being helpful and tying up a sample pack for Angela. Laura is a great merchandiser!
6. Fun new places to explore in Minneapolis!
We stayed near the General Mills Headquarters and managed to get lost several times trying to go around it! Don't you love this sign on a street in their campus?
My first glimpse ever of the Mighty Mississippi! It separates Minneapolis from St. Paul.
Okay, so it's hard to read. But no kidding, the red sign you see is a drive through liquor store! Never seen one of those before!
7. Quilts!

8. Sample Spree!
Miriam from Clothworks and busy customers picking out gorgeous fabric!
9. Visiting local quilt stores in the area!
10! And finally, Laura, - I had to sneak a photo from behind as she's camera shy. What can I possibly say except she’s the best! Wouldn’t do it without her! Our booth is on the right - second in!
So there is a sneak peek at the International Quilt Market for spring 2010. It was a thrill from beginning to end.
